Our RCM Piano Course is designed for students seeking a high-quality, structured piano education aligned with the internationally respected Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) curriculum. Founded in 1886 and based in Canada, RCM’s Celebration Series and examination program are recognized across North America for their depth, consistency, and balanced approach to musical training.

This course is ideal for students who thrive with clear benchmarks and are interested in progressing through a well-rounded curriculum that builds both technical skill and expressive artistry.

Our RCM Piano Course includes:

  • Weekly 45-minute private piano lessons, tailored to the student’s RCM level, focusing on technique, repertoire, sight-reading, and musicianship.

  • Weekly group theory classes, covering essential concepts needed for RCM practical and written exam requirements.

  • Optional annual RCM exams, offered locally or online, with professional adjudication and feedback from certified RCM examiners.

RCM students progress through a 10-level system with an optional ARCT diploma for advanced students. The curriculum includes:

  • Repertoire from a diverse, curated list of classical and contemporary composers

  • Technical requirements (scales, chords, arpeggios)

  • Sight-reading and ear training

  • Theory and history (required for upper levels)

RCM training nurtures musical excellence while supporting long-term growth and discipline. Whether students aim for personal enrichment or future college auditions, this program offers a thorough, supportive pathway for aspiring pianists.
