Our ABRSM Piano Course offers a comprehensive and structured approach to piano study. Established in the 1890s, the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) is one of the most prestigious music education systems in the world. ABRSM exams are trusted globally for their high standards and emphasis on musicality, technique, and theory.

 

This course is ideal for motivated students who enjoy setting clear goals, appreciate formal recognition for their progress, and want to build valuable skills such as time management, discipline, and goal setting. Completing ABRSM levels is also a standout achievement for college applications, showcasing long-term commitment, artistic excellence, and academic initiative.

What the Program Includes:

• Weekly private piano lessons (45 or 60 minutes) focused on technical development, musical interpretation, and performance repertoire tailored to the student’s ABRSM grade level.

  • 60-minute lessons are required for advanced students due to the intensity of the curriculum.

   

• Optional weekly group theory class (30 minutes) to prepare students for ABRSM theory exam requirements.

  • This brings the total to 1.5 hours of weekly instruction.

   

• Performance exams held twice a year (typically in June and November), adjudicated by certified ABRSM examiners from the UK.

• Theory testing is available online year-round, offering flexible scheduling.

• 60-minute ABRSM lessons: $350/month

• Add-on theory class (30 minutes/week): +$180/month
